If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to BILLIONAIRECLASSIFIEDS WWW.BILLIONAIRECLASSIFIEDS.COM within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions and exclusions below:

Please read conditions below. If all conditions are not met, BILLIONAIRECLASSIFIEDS WWW.BILLIONAIRECLASSIFIEDS.COM reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee.

  • General Information

We will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

All orders are shipped via USPS, DHL, FedEx, UPS or comparable carrier.  Neither UPS nor DHL will ship to P.O. Boxes.  Please include a complete street address for all orders.

  • Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

  • Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are generally available for delivery to addresses located in .  But we also accept orders from international customers.  If ordering internationally, any taxes, customs, or related fees will be your responsibility at the time of receipt.

  • Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Most orders are shipped within 07 business days.  Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.  Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 07 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Sundays.  When calculating actual ship date, please do not count Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Processing time of your order can vary from 3-14 days depending on product availability, or in some cases up to 4-6 weeks.  Orders shipped by ground service average 4-10 business days from date of order to reach their destination.  Orders shipped by priority service average 3-7 business days from date of order to reach their destination.

You can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website OR you can also write to us on ADMIN@BILLIONAIRECLASSIFIEDS.COM with those special delivery instructions.

  • Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

Additional charges may apply depending on weight.  We will notify you of any additional charges before shipping.

  • Damaged Items in Transport

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at ADMIN@BILLIONAIRECLASSIFIEDS.COM.

  • Out of Stock Policy

Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as “in­-stock” when you placed your order may, in fact, be out­-of­-stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on back-order. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again. Most out-­of­-stock items are in stock again within two (2) weeks.

If an item goes on back-order we may also ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Certain items for sale on our site are not kept in inventory, but can be special ordered for you and shipped within two (2) weeks. If you select one of these items, either your checkout page will indicate the actual shipping date or we will notify you by email.  If the shipping date is not acceptable, you may cancel the item before confirming your order.

  • Order Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order you have placed with BILLIONAIRECLASSIFIEDS WWW.BILLIONAIRECLASSIFIEDS.COM, you must contact customer support by ADMIN@BILLIONAIRECLASSIFIEDS.COM.  Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped.

When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, your contact information, and payment details (if necessary).

Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.  In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).

  • Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are  responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

  • Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase and we don’t receive the returned product within this time, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

* Some health and personal care items

* Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Book with obvious signs of use

* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return-shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returns lost in return shipping will not be refunded.

Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available.

We will not be responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.

  • Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

  • Exchanges

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, or in circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at ADMIN@BILLIONAIRECLASSIFIEDS.COM with details of the product and the defect. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
